Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns

You are buying a piece of Art - an enhancement for your home.

If it is anything less than perfect, I want to make it right. I guarantee your satisfaction.

Shipping is free in the Continental US for all orders over $39.

Sadly, I cannot provide free overseas shipping, as the cost is too variable. See International Shipping policies below.

If any of your Art arrives damaged: 

I will replace it and return shipping is on me.

If an incorrect item arrives: 

I will replace it and return shipping is on me. 

If your Art arrives, and you discover that you need a different sized piece to fit your space perfectly:

I will exchange it under fair terms as follows:

  • If you want a LARGER sized piece: return the Art in original condition, pay the balance for the larger piece, and shipping in both directions is on me. 

  • If you want a SMALLER sized piece: return the Art in original condition.  I'll pay shipping in both directions, and I'll give you store credit for the price difference minus shipping costs. 

If you are not satisfied with your Art for ANY reason:

I will accept returns or exchanges under fair terms as follows:

  • For returns of products priced $150 or less: 
    I will issue you store credit for the original purchase price, and I will pay for return shipping. Product must be returned in original condition. Credit will be issued within 4 weeks of receipt of return product.

  • For returns of products priced greater than $150:
    I will refund your original purchase price, and I will pay for return shipping. Product must be returned in original condition. Credit will be issued within 4 weeks of receipt of return product.

All of the above applies to your first 45 days of ownership. After 45 days, there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges.

LIFETIME UPGRADE POLICY:

For life, any time you want to upgrade to a larger painting or Limited Edition of the same image, I will allow you to trade in your painting and apply its original purchase price to the upgraded piece. I will cover shipping in both directions. Original must be returned in good marketable condition. 

Refund and Store Credit Timing:

You should expect to receive your refund or store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

International Shipping

We can ship to most addresses in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
